Any bookings you make are non-transferable. Our hosts reserve the right to cancel any bookings that have false or inaccurate booking details.

4. Use of Listings

Hosts renting out their properties are solely responsible for setting and communicating any rules or policies regarding the property they list on the Service. It is your responsibility as a guest to review and follow these rules and policies.

You agree not to access spaces or use amenities on any rented property that the host has not permitted access to.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by third party payment providers. If there are any issues processing your payment, we have no liability and it is your responsibility to resolve these with the relevant payment provider.

6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rebooking

Our cancellation and refund policy will be clearly stated on each host's property listing page. You agree to these policies when booking accommodation through the Service.

Hosts reserve the right to cancel any confirmed booking if you do not comply with applicable rules or policies. If a host cancels your booking for this reason, you are not entitled to a refund.

7. Reviews

You agree that any review you leave is accurate and based on your own experience. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate our content guidelines.

8. Liability

We provide our Service using reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot promise that our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, and error free.

We are not liable for any loss of data, income, revenue, or profits as a result of your use of our Service. We are also not liable for any losses or damages that were not caused by our breach of these Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Chaincity Trip from any loss or damages caused by your violation of these Terms, whether brought against Chaincity Trip by you or by any third party.

10. Changes
